Victoria Place

About the development

This particular development brought back into use a plot that formerly housed St Helens Council’s Older Persons Support Centre. The land occupied an attractive position and was an ideal location for new homes.

Real consideration was given to the aesthetics of the design, with a brief to ensure that the properties blended sympathetically with existing homes. The result is a collection of contemporary homes with a character that perfectly complements the local area.

Throughout the process close consultation with residents was undertaken, from pre-planning through to completion, to ensure minimal disturbance and inconvenience.

This has been a challenging and yet rewarding development to be part of. As an attractive and much sought after location, our architect was conscious to design this scheme with real attention to detail, providing a modern aesthetic twist whilst blending in with existing properties on Victoria Avenue. We believe we have created a well designed scheme that provides comfortable, warm and modern living standards for all.
